d) Client Responsibilities

- Make timely payments as per the Service Agreement.

5. Payment Terms

- Invoices are issued upon service delivery or 50% at the beginning of the service and 50% at the last stage of service completion or as agreed.
- Late payments may result in suspension of services.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated.
- Applicable GST (if applicable) will be added to invoices.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law:
We shall not be liable for:
